Ms. Forbes is coming back to the classroom after this long fight. I am exhausted by the constant uphill battle but I am relieved that we finally reached the right outcome. Stay watchful to ensure things remain stable once she returns.
The exhaustion is setting in but watching the count climb toward one hundred keeps me moving. We need that milestone tonight to force them to acknowledge why we are fighting for Ms. Forbes.

I am a high school teacher myself. I had Forbz when I was in high school. Being a sub is harder than being a full time teacher. She was always kept a good warm strict. She was loved by many for her tough attitude. Beloit needs more structure in the class and she brought it. Bring her back!

I don't even understand why this petition to keep the best teacher in this school should exist. Me.Forbes is sweet, caring, and blunt. I'm pretty sure almost everyone that has signed this petition can agree that Ms.Forbes would never EVER do anything to harm or insult a student to extent that people say she did.

When Ms. Forbes walks down the hallway students call out her name to say hello, run to her for hugs, and jump at the opportunity to be seen.
I am almost sure it must happen to her in the city because she's been teaching for many years.
She is a firm, gentle soul. Leave her be to do her thing!

Always loved her. I used to hope when my teachers told us they were going to be out that she would be the substitute. I remember her walking home with us sometimes and hollering at us to properly wait for cars which to her meant wait 5 minutes until you saw none LOL

This woman has touched so many lives over so many years!
She even pays for her own advertisement in the local paper EACH YEAR to congratulate the graduates. I love you Ms. Forbes!

For the last 20 years she went from being the sub in middle school we all knew not to play with... To the sub in hogh school we all knew not to play with.. To the sub as my colleague I knew I could count on to cover my class because the kids KNOW not to play with her! Love Mrs. Forbes.

Ms Forbes was one of the best teachers BMHS has ever had! She was strict but it’s because she cared about kids actually succeeding! These kids need guidance. Not this soft teaching/parenting that’s happening these days. It’s one of the biggest problems of our youth now. And a lot of the teachers now don’t care if students pass or not. She did! You’re making a huge mistake by getting rid of her. BMHS and all schools need more teachers like her!
