Ms Forbes was one of the best teachers BMHS has ever had! She was strict but it’s because she cared about kids actually succeeding! These kids need guidance. Not this soft teaching/parenting that’s happening these days. It’s one of the biggest problems of our youth now. And a lot of the teachers now don’t care if students pass or not. She did! You’re making a huge mistake by getting rid of her. BMHS and all schools need more teachers like her!

When no one else cared...she did! Classroom management was her strong suit! Out of all the students she has taught, she still remembers my name and I’m c/o 2005.

I had the pleasure of having Ms.Forbes. She was one of the best subs that I’ve ever had. Usually when you have a sub, the class acts a fool and the level of disrespect is at an all time high. With Ms.Forbes, she didn’t play that and the class knew! She had better class management and respect than a lot of teachers—veterans or not! I’m not sure if the allegations are true, but before you are who you are in a job/career, you are first human and humans make mistakes. Even if she said what she said, she deserves a second chance. With the teacher/sub shortage going on... we really can’t afford to lose her. Besides, nowadays these kids can say or do whatever they please and barely get a referral!!! #bringforbesback #toknowheristoloveher #c/o2008
