As you may know, Senora Divine recently lost her seniority and won't be returning to Stanley next year. She inspired all of us so much in the classroom and out. Her presence not only inspired us, but taught us to be loving, caring individuals in the years to come This petition may not get her job back, but it WILL show her that we love her and that we care!
wow i just checked and saw we hit 100 signatures today. seeing all your names makes me feel so much better about everything and i know she is going to be touched when she sees this.

With the increase in enrollment, and thus, need for language teachers, how could we fire a great teacher like Lauchlin Divine? She is credentialed and Lafayette needs to value all their teachers, not just the younger, cheaper ones.

Mrs. Divine was one of the best teachers my son, nickolas, had at Stanley. He is breezing through Spanish 2 at Acalanes largely due to the strong foundation he got from Mrs. Divine.

When my three kids return to Stanley for a visit there is one teacher they much stop in to see. Mrs. Divine. One teacher. She helped all of her students feel special. How can Stanley let her go?

Senora Divine was on of my sons favorite teachers. He still talks about her and how much he learned in her class. How can a school get rid of a teacher who was liked by so many and yet keep others who are not that inspiring?

She was one on my son's favorite teachers. She is an excellent Spanish teacher, it would be a shame to loose her.
