Mr. Kimmer has been the Principal at Yadkin Early College for 11 years, and he has been a big factor behind all of our success at Yadkin Early College. He’s a great leader for our school and does everything he can to meet the needs of our students and staff. Mr. Groce has been an amazing teacher here. We don’t have many staff members and many of our teachers have to be qualified to teach a wide variety of classes. Mr. Groce is qualified to teach English, Principles of Business and Finance, and Earth and Environmental Science. Not to meantion they are apart of our Yadkin Early College family and it just wouldn’t be the same without them.

Both of these people are very important to this school just like every other teacher and person who is involved with this school. I just don’t understand why the principal, who literally started this school, who has been at the school for 11 years, is being moved.
Early college has been a wounderful thing for my family. Mr Kimmer and Mr Groce both have been there since the beginning and have been very large contributors to its success. Why would you want to destroy a good thing!
They are an essential part to the way we work. Mr. Groce is the smiling face that radiates through the school and Mr. Kimmer is our brave alpha Wolf in our pact. They make our lives easier even though we may at times make their lives harder, but they persist. They are not just a teacher and principal, they are our family.
I'm currently a former student from Yadkin Early College. Now, I'll be a super senior at Surry Early College. Mr. Kimmer and Mr. Groce are amazing. They understand and help each student. Please, don't let them go. They are part of a big family. A school.
I believe that moving them to a school where student are the problem, not the staff, will not help improve it. It is only going to make our school less unified and we will not have the same great leaders being a part of our school.
Honeslty y’all need to chill out. A principal change isn’t going to change your whole entire school and future. You think too much like damn just CHILL OUT.
I dont go to the early college but I plan to and these two have been a part of my plan

I was some backwoods, shy teenager when I came it, and I left the valedictorian with a free ride to UNC. I could have never done it without them. Mr. Kimmer and Mr.Groce were and continue to be instrumental to the success of the Early College that helped to create the guy that I am today.
