The 5th Grade Randolph Bulldogs and their parents are devastated. When we heard the news that our beloved Coach LoVerde was told he could not lead the kids anymore, we were shocked. We were more shocked when we heard that 6th grade and up coaches were grandfathered in. This sounds like a “pick and choose who gets to coach” rule. Whether it is about a personal issue or politics, those petty differences do not belong in rec football and the kids should not have to suffer for it. Coach LoVerde is loved by the kids and the parents alike. He is supportive, kind, fun, and tough when he has to be. He inspires love and respect - AND he knows football. He treats each child like he is his own and to take that away from these kids would be a travesty. BRING HIM BACK. We demand it.

Reaching this level of support has been exhausting yet it proves how much this community values what Coach LoVerde brings to these kids. I am tired of the silence from the administration but seeing this momentum keeps me going. We are not letting this drop.

Parents, families, and friends have spoken. This is what they want. As a former athletic director, I hope those in power make the right decision.
From an outsider looking in (I work with Paul), nobody cares more about these kids and this program than Coach LoVerde - happy to see the Bulldog family feels the same!
As grandparent of Jaden Solotoff we have witnessed the dedication of Coach LoVerde. He is a large part of Jadens maturity and development as a fair, devoted player who has great sportsmanship.
We were shocked to hear that Coach LoVerde would not be the head coach this coming season for our Bulldogs. He has been with most of these boys since flag football. They love Coach LoVerde! He has taught them to love the game of football, give their best effort and to have fun!! Win or Lose. Bring Coach LoVerde back!!
Coach was nothing less than spectacular with the kids. There was no favoritism and each kid was treated fairly. This is coming from an uncle of one of the players as well as a former coach of 12 years in little baseball and soccer.
Coach LoVerde has such a positive influence on everyone around him!! He is an outstanding coach and you can see it in his players!! They look up to him and work hard for him!! What dedication he has to the players and the families on the team!! He has built the team to be strong and proud!! No one could do it better!!
As Jaden Solotoff's grandfather, I'm disturbed by this coaching policy.

Coach Paul is without question one of the best coaches I've ever seen. The kids respect him while working hard and having fun. The parents love him. 6th grade coaches are "grandfathered in" and Coach Paul can't coach anymore? What's that about??? Reinstate Coach Paul immediately. Randolph Football needs him, period.
