We, the undersigned parents, players, families, and community members, respectfully ask the school administration and program leadership to reinstate Coach Jamil Fakhoury to his coaching responsibilities with the Junior Patriots program.

Coach Fakhoury has been a steady and dedicated part of the Junior Patriots community for years. As a football coach, mentor, role model, and positive influence, he has invested time, care, and attention in the young men he has coached. His presence has meant more than instruction on the field. He has helped build discipline, accountability, teamwork, confidence, resilience, and respect in the boys who look to him for guidance.

We understand that Coach Fakhoury has been placed on paid administrative leave following a family incident that occurred outside of school and was unrelated to football or his coaching responsibilities. We respect the need for proper procedures when concerns arise. At the same time, we ask that his years of service, coaching record, relationships with his players, and contributions to the program be given meaningful weight in any decision about his return.

A coach’s influence reaches far beyond game day. For many boys, a trusted coach provides consistency, encouragement, and direction. Removing a coach from the program also affects the players who depend on that leadership and the continuity they have built over time. The young men who have benefited from Coach Fakhoury’s mentorship deserve to have their interests and well-being considered as part of this decision.

We are not asking to interfere with any review. We are asking for fairness, proportionality, and an individualized assessment based on relevant facts and established program standards. A personal matter outside of school should not automatically outweigh years of positive service to the Junior Patriots.

For these reasons, we respectfully urge the administration to reconsider his administrative leave and reinstate Coach Jamil Fakhoury as soon as reasonably possible.
