Under the leadership of Kathy Bronstein Wet Seal was once the Crown Jewel of the Junior Apparel and Accessory Market. She grew what was once a small swimwear store into a fashion powerhouse with over 600 stores, and amassed a team that bar none was the best in the market. She commanded everyone to give there all and they were happy to do it. It was an all-star team that not only respected her but also would do whatever it took to make the sales plan. Kathy assembled a team that always took personal pride in what they produced season after season and she went to great lengths to put each person in just the right position. Much like a great chess master she was always two or three steps ahead and believe me when I tell you she knew the whole board and she valued each and every weapon at her disposal. Since her dismissal the company has never been the same. It has floundered under one leader after another. We need to let the board know how we all feel about her.
