We, the undersigned, request the reinstatement of Ms Jessica Thomas as our child's ballet teacher. Ms Jessica has been an integral part of the Legacy family for years. She has nurtured our children in ballet, pointe, and contemporary and has been a phenomenal role model for all of our aspiring ballerinas!!! It is very disheartening to know that management is unwilling to fight for and/or compromise with this instructor in an effort to retain her services for the benefit of the students. Jessica is very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. She is an ACTIVE participant within the ballet community and always found creative new ways to engage our children. Wherever she went, whatever she learned, she always eagerly brought that new knowledge back to the student body. Jessica shared her love for ballet selflessly with the students and in turn their love for and technique in ballet has grown tremendously. They have become stronger students. We feel that Jessica is unmatched as a ballet teacher and we do not accept her resignation. We are asking that efforts are made immediately to retain this amazing instructor to whom we continue love and support.

Ms. Jessica, is an excellent teacher and has truly been a role model for my daughter. Through Jessica teaching my daughter has a better appreciation of ballet. She has also shown me the beauty of the art of dance. Ms. Jessica is a teacher who builds generations of dancers. Our students deserve her at Legacy.
Ms. Jessica has been a huge part in building my daughters love for ballet. To not have her at the dance studio is like having a missing piece to a puzzle. Please bring Ms. Jessica back so that our students, and parents as well, can feel whole again. BRING BACK MS. JESSICA!!!
Ms. Jessica has been a big asset to my dance training. She has pushed me to levels I've never thought I would go to. It breaks my heart that Ms. Jessica isn't teaching me anymore and I would really like her to come back.
Ms Jessica is the best dance teacher I have learned a lot from her.

Besides being a great teacher to the kids, shes always been a great example of a person, she teaches the kids discipline along with technique, Ms Jessica's electric smile and personality is just what a child needs after a long day of their regular school to get them ready for the challenge of learning dance and as a dad that has kids that need the challenge to be better at their craft Ms Jessica has always provided what they've needed and i selfishly say it would be a shame to loose her!!!!!!!
