Bonuses are so helpful and appreciated and show’s employees that there hard work pays off and appreciated, so many families really need this at this time of year even if it helps pay some bills.
3 years no Christmas bonuses maybe more and it has also been that long without end of year bonuses. Besides covid and prorated raises. Nothing. Pay is not equal either. Been there 10 + years and people that just started get paid more than I do.
Stop wasting funds on silly material items and give us back bonuses

I really dont need another cheap plastic mug taking up space in my cabinet. Just put the money in our checks so we can actually pay for groceries or the electric bill.
Bonuses are so helpful and appreciated and show’s employees that there hard work pays off and appreciated, so many families really need this at this time of year even if it helps pay some bills.
