The Ritz in Brighouse is family. It has been going on for years. Many people will be disappointed if the Ritz in Brighouse had to shut down. What right have the hotel in London to close it or else!! The argument is poor!! So what about the Ritz in Manchester and Madeira? Are they planning to close that down too? They have the same name. I remember when there was a Mecca in Bradford, a Mecca in Doncaster. They were owned by different people they did not make a fuss over closing each other down. No! they helped each other and got more customers. You always need friends and connections in business. I know I had my share of business hell and could only find comfort in business friends who would come to my rescue. The Brighouse Ritz is our life. The one in London is too far to be considered anything but stupid and unfriendly. I would definitely not go to THAT HOTEL if it was the last place on earth. You know what they say about customer dissatisfaction it can spread 6 fold so Ritz in London you may go out of business if you carry on displeasing customers from the Ritz in Brighouse because with Media being as it is, will be bad for business.
