First: Volunteer Life Guards (CPR and FIRST AIDE CERTIFIED. These classes are free). Second: Survalance Equipment that is linked into the apartment office. Third: A code pad or key swipe pad that has limited access. Had this been in place, it would have made it difficult for Brianna to enter the pool. SHe was in the water for an undetermined amount of time. Please review and respect the wishes of concern parents.
