Sgt. Adam Zeppuhar has been serving as Acting Chief of Police since September and has been an officer in the department for the last 13 years. He has received awards for his work. He has been a bicycle patrol officer since 2006, a Field Training Officer since 2008, served as the departments range master, and a Child Passenger Safety Technician since 2010. He created the Brentwood Borough Police Departments Facebook page. Since serving in the Acting Chief capacity he has cut waste and increased operating efficiency. He did enroll the police department in the NIXLE alert system that provides the community with important advisories. His goal is to make the Brentwood Borough Police Department an accredited agency that other departments will want to model after.
