We the undersigned hereby affirm. We would like the return of Coach Bernie Boswell to the coaching staff of Jefferson High School , Shenandoah junction, WV. seemingly tensions have come to a head and our head coach Richard Mills has told him to not return next year. We the players personally believe that Coach Boswell is a well qualified member of the coaching staff, the players like and respect him in the utmost and would like his return. Coach Boswell has been a coach at Jefferson High School for many years and has been an instrumental part of all of our players' football experience. He has played football at a high level in the past, he was actually invited to play in the NFL at a point after previously playing Canadian league football. never the less he most indefinitely has the most football experience and expertise out of any member of our coaching staff. He can actually relate to our players and have a normal tension-less conversation with them. we the players would very much like the rehiring of Coach Boswell onto our coaching staff. we would like the Board of education, the coaching staff and the school to reinstate him as a community coach, he is an integral part of our football experience and it just wouldn't be the same with out him. looking at our previous records, we could highly use his expertise.
