Apparently just because a man has had sex with a man, it means that he is not allowed to donate blood. I find this prejudice and down right wrong. I am a healthy 20 year old that wants to donate blood, do a good thing for my community, and make a quick buck... but I can easily be denied because of my sexual preference?


 Hopefully, this petition will get people to change their mind. 


 My blood is just as good as anyone else's blood.


This petition is to allow healthy homosexual men and women to donate blood and plasma.

Ridiculous rule. My brother is healthier than most people I know and he gets turned away every time. Needs to change.

its 2016 for crying out loud. we screen blood for everything now. stop punishing people for who they love and let us help save lives.
