Help end the ban on gay and bisexual men from donating blood by the Canada Blood Services.Canada Blood Services currently has a policy in place banning gay and bisexual men from donating blood who have been sexually active with another man within the last 5 years. This ban singles out individuals by their sexual orientation instead of sexual behaviour. Canadian Blood Services neglects the fact that they're enforcing a stigmatism into society that men that have been sexually active with another man have HIV. With this policy they're overlooking men who are currently in longterm monogamous relationships with other men and instilling a false promiscuous and deviant stereotype on the male side of the LGBTQ community.
