Sign this petition to get AAIMS Property Management blacklisted and added to the Off Limit Establishments List on Fort Bragg, N.C. Once on the list, it will be ILLEGAL for any DOD members to use their service and hopefully make them go out of business.

Why you ask? There are 13 complaints made on BBB and 60+ negative google reviews about how they scam homeowners and renters by not taking care of the property and improperly caring for the home which results in excessive home damage and depreciation of the homes value. Also when renters take great care of the property and treat it like their own, during the move out inspection they mark down and over charge for items that are considered, "natural wear and tear" and items that were not notated on the "Pre Move-In Inspection" paperwork. The staff is very rude and unprofessional when something in the house breaks it take weeks, if not months to fix. When they do send someone out to fix it, it doesn't look like a licensed professional, just some guy in a ran down van. They have repeatedly displayed bad business practices and completely neglect and violate laws in the North Carolina General Statute Chapter 42: Lanlord And Tenant. Specifically G.S. 42-10 / G.S. 42-52. (Charging tenants for Natural Wear and Tear and Neglect of Property)

Once we get enough signatures I will be taking this petition, the BBB complaints, and copies of the negative Google reviews to JAG and also filing an Attorneys General investigation of the company.

Homeowners and Renters, don't ever use this company! They will neglect your property as a homeowner and take your money as a rental no matter how well you take care of the property.
