Shared the same experience that is stated in this petition. Now I have to fix over $3K worth of damages to my home, for it to be sold. Absolutely unacceptable. Yes I am a active duty.

This is a horriable company who cares nothing about their clients. They did not follow through on their contract with me and have cost me over a thousand dollars because of their lack of concern for my property.

I suspected the place I stayed in had mold in the walls bc my sons asthma wouldn't stop sending him to the hospital and even my daughter who has minor asthma would have issues when she came over but immediately get better when at her dad's house. They refuse to even check into it.

We rented from them from Nov 2007-July 2010 (my husband was active duty at that time). We had nothing but problems. We had a window that was missing a panel and was covered with cardboard. Someone was able to break into the house because of this. We had a pipe leaking under the house and they wouldn't fix it. They only decided to fix it when we gave our 30 day notice. When we moved, we only got back to $40 from our $800 deposit and a list of where the money went. Ridiculous charges like $75 to put a closet door on the track (was off when we moved in, and was on the list on our initial walk through). We didn't fight it, we just wanted out of the house and be done with them. We tell everyone we know not to rent or buy from them.

This company is awful. They managed my property in Hope Mills for a few Yeats. Aaims will put anyone in your house, and does not inspect properties like the contract states they should. My house had holes through the walls, missing shingles, tore up wood floor, etc. Never use this company.
