To have a condensed version of the Bill of Rights recited daily after the Pledge of Allegiance in the public schools of Carroll County, MD that reads: "I am an American. I have rights secured in the Constitution. Among these are the freedom of speech, and religion of my choice. I have the right to assemble in protest and to bear arms. I do not have to shelter a soldier. I may not be searched illegally and I may remain silent. I may have a lawyer and trial by jury, my bail will not be excessive.
