We are assessing the need for a Bayfield summer program that would provide safe, reliable, affordable care for school age children on both a full-time and part-time basis. Details are still tentative but the program would run for 12 weeks in June, July and August and would be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. Depending on what grant monies and fundraising are done, there would still likely be a small fee per day but the hope is to keep this amount to around $15 or less. Parents would be able to sign their children up for specific days or sign up for "drop-in" days as available. It is proposed that this program would begin June 2019. By signing this form, you are not committing to anything - we're simply trying to determine what level of interest may exist for this program (either for this upcoming summer or for future years). It is proposed that this program would be available to any families in the Chequamegon Bay area with potential preference given to families in the Bayfield School District or families where a parent works in Bayfield.
