At a recent BOE meeting, two board member spoke how they are very against Before & After school care in our district. They do not see the value and consider it a risk.
Over 200 parents took a survey and expressed a high level of interest in participating in this program.
As a working mother, I know first hand how this could influence our day to day routine. This would be a wonderful addition for our children. They would be able to participate in an enrichment program with their peers and teachers. If you are interested in this program, please sign our petition. Thank you!

Both of my children would utilize the before and afte care in the elementary school next year if it's available. Both my husband and I work full time and need this provided by the school district. Currently BASREP does not provide the enrichment that my kids need. This is very important to our family!
Please support this vital program as our young people would greatly benefit. We need to think of the future generations.
I completely support before and after school programs for our children. I don't understand why there is even a question. This is a huge help to working families.

As a working parent having quality child care before and after school is important. These kids are our future. If you are not allowing BASREP to continue, working parents need an alternative.
