We are signing this petition to show opposition for the Proposed Development of a Multi-Use Facility, Single-Family Townhomes and Apartments located on Hwy 211, Freeman Johnson Road and Lec Stone Rd.

We strongly oppose and believe the addition of Stone Tract – a High Density Townhomes, Apartments and Multi-use facility will add no value to our surrounding communities. We oppose high density housing in our area and want to prevent the negative consequences an impact like this will have: it will increase traffic, lower our property values by setting a precedent for High Density housing, increase crime, and overpopulate our school cluster.
