A few years ago, the Commissioners vowed to not let Barrow become the next Gwinnett County. We are headed in the direction of Gwinnett. Our schools can not hold all of the students, we do not have the water and sewer capacity for all of these people and our roads are already backed up. Stop it!!!

I have lived in The Appalachee school district for 8 years. The roads cannot hold all of this extra traffic. Are you trying to be the next Gwinnett…. Big mistake people will move and you will stuck with a decaying run down community. Besides. When all these people loose their townhomes due to cost rising…. Then what. How about not build on every corner.

Stop the rezone! It’s creating so many problems for the county. Traffic, wrecks and even deaths. Also no one wants apartments and condos in county. That’s also spot zoning.

Please do not build 318 homes in statham. I like the small town I live in. I moved here from Gwinnett specifically to get away from big towns

My family has resided in Barrow County for 45 years. The current population explosion is destroying the beauty and serenity of the entire county. The traffic is already overwhelming. The services in the area are inadequate to our current population. More density of human population and commercial interests will continue to erode the woodlands, waters and wetlands and decimate the wildlife of our beautiful North Georgia homes and homeland. The health of all of us here will suffer unequaled damages as a result of higher density housing.

Stop the redone. There is too much traffic now and the schools cannot accommodate the extra students that will need to be educated

We moved here for rural living and that's what we love about this area!
