Please join our petition in opposition to the proposed land use and zoning changes sought by Andrew V. Podray, known as Banyan Cove. If approved, these amendments will allow for a 53 unit complex on 6.68 acres located on Barwick Road, 1/2 mile north of Lake Ida, and adjacent to Banyan Creek Elementary School.
