This is so incredibly sad. A person who does this twice should not be able to walk free ever again. Hugs to the family.
My heart breaks for this poor family. Laws need to change right now.
Ridiculous that they let someone like that back on the road. Protect our kids!
HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? 6 days later?? Our justice system is absolutely broken.
PCP is dangerous stuff. Letting someone drive on it is just waiting for a disaster to happen again. Needs to be change.
