On December 16th, 2011 the DelRicco Familys world was torn apart by a driver under the influence of PCP, a dangerous narcotic. The driver was charged and released only to be arrested six days later for the same offense. Our goal is to GAIN NATIONAL ATTENTION for Ava and the state of BOND AND RELEASE! By signing this we can help Baby Ava and her family try to get this law passed!
