Abdallah Khader was 2 months a way from his 3rd birthday. He was crushed in his car seat of our sedan while we were stopped at a red light. We were hit by a repeat drunk driver, who had 7 different DUI 's in the past in 7 different states. He injured all for of us in the car. He also almost killed 5 people in Iowa. Because DUI laws are different from state to state, this man most likely will get out on probation or a light sentence of up to 20 years. IF all the 7 DUI's were in Texas, this man would be looking at life in prison. But because all the states have different laws, the judge didnt consider his past DUI"s. The judge doesnt want to go to trial for more thank Probation to 20 years. I need your help to change this law. Lets unify the law where if you had DUI's in different states it should count against you if you move to another state. My son cant see, talk, walk. sit stand eat drink ...he is in bed all day every day ...
