This petition is to require drivers involved in a traffic accident with serious bodily injury to submit to a blood test for the detection of impairments(Alchol,Narcotics,Prescription Drugs,ECT). This would help prevent law enforcment error when ther is a possibility that the accident resulted from an impaired driver. My cousin DJ was killed in a motorcyle accident and law enforcement failed to request a sobriety test from the driver that hit him head on. This petition would prevent this from hapening to others family and make sure that justice is served when someone takes another life while driving impaired. Thankyou for signing this petition!
