This petition is being submited for justice not served in the wrongful death of Raylene Saceric. Raylene Saceric was struck and killed on a motorcycle July 12, 2008, by a distracted, impaired underage driver. Her famiy & friends are requesting your support of a new law being implemented or an amendment to a current law, in regards to an innocent victum being killed. This law request would be for prosecution of an underage impaired driver, as well as for an adult impaired driver that has killed someone with a vehicle, with no legal implementations. Signing this petition is supporting this request with the above listed circumstances.
The increase in support has provided the leverage required to request a formal meeting with the district attorney. My focus is now on finalizing the legislative proposal to ensure it is ready for presentation to the state justice committee.

Total joke of a justice system. Send those kids to jail if they kill someone. Period.

This is so incredibly sad. Justice really needs to be served here. Thinking of the family.
