The increase in support has provided the leverage required to request a formal meeting with the district attorney. My focus is now on finalizing the legislative proposal to ensure it is ready for presentation to the state justice committee.

Too many people getting away with murder just because they are behind a wheel. change the laws now!
Heart goes out to her loved ones. No parent should have to go through this.
Impaired is impaired. Age shouldnt matter if you take a life like this.
Total joke of a justice system. Send those kids to jail if they kill someone. Period.
This is so incredibly sad. Justice really needs to be served here. Thinking of the family.

My heart breaks for Raylene. Way too young. RIP
