I have spent the last few days drafting a formal letter to the school board detailing the academic precedent for recognizing these honors. My focus is now on securing a meeting with the administration to present a proposal for reinstating these titles.

The administration has acknowledged the volume of this movement and agreed to a formal meeting next week. I am currently drafting a letter outlining the specific arguments for reinstatement to present to the school board.

Ridiculous to get rid of this. Students work hard for those spots and they deserve the recognition.
My older brother got this honor and it meant a lot to him. Just leave it alone.
