This isa petition for us seniors, class of 2014, to graduate and have our names calledalphabetically as apposed to in our advisory groups. We realize that we are intended to graduate in our advisories, however we prefer to graduate alphabetically. We believe it will be much more organized and honestly, most of us haven't made strong connections with our advisory teachers nor all of the students in each of our advisories,as itwas only introduced to us our junior year. This petition represents the opinions of the senior class that graduation should be organized alphabetically.

im hearing from so many of you that the advisory group plan feels totally disconnected from our actual friend groups. ive been trying to get a meeting with the administration to bring this up but they keep dodging my emails so i guess i have to show up in person.

watching the class rally behind this is wild and honestly i didnt expect us to be this united. it feels like the administration is finally gonna have to listen to what we want for our own graduation day.

DOING IT BY ADVISORY IS SO WEIRD. I barely know these people.
my advisory group is just random people i dont talk to. alphabetical is how it should be.
I personally don't like the idea that my graduation has to be associated with something I spent most of the time wanting to get out of.
There is no one in advisory I have actually had a real conversation with in two years. It just doesn't make sense to graduate with them, though I'm sure they are all lovely people.
I think this is a good a deal because honestly who really knows there advisory teachers and we all know our counselors.
Doing it by advisory is just dumb.
I don't have an advisory and don't want to be left out.

Literally nobody knows their advisory teacher. It makes way more sense to just go by last name like every other school.
