The site is so easy to use now compared to years ago. She puts in real effort to make things better for us.
WHY FIX WHAT ISN'T BROKEN?? She does a great job and the site works perfectly. Leave her alone!

Mandy has always been super helpful whenever I had trouble logging in. Keep her on board.
