I spent the morning at the cafe and watching the regulars worry about the future of this place is heartbreaking. I am currently gathering our signatures to present to the property management office because they need to see that this shop is the heart of our community.

Seeing this kind of momentum reminds me of the countless Sunday mornings I spent at the cafe with my grandfather before he passed. It feels like the entire community is finally gathering around to protect the place that shaped so many of our lives.

having a restaurant on your building is a real asset having Sharon and Jose managing the restaurant is a blessing. Hope the board is not considering a change. Arlen cafe works for everyone good prices good food wonderful and caring manager and staff.
My parents live in the building. When I come by and visit, it is my absolute go to. Best food, service and the atmosphere is incredible. We are past the point of friendship, we are a family! Please renew this lease, they don’t just serve delicious food, they serve love!
Continue the lease for the restaurant! It has good food at reasonable prices and it’s great to have in the building for everyone! Please continue the coupons next year also. It provides more business for the owner. Even though I can’t benefit because I come very rarely, I still feel we are a community and we should encourage the restaurant to do as much business as possible!
My family loves to eat at the Arlen Beach Café. Very nice to have them in the building and also delivering to our units.
The Arlen Beach Cafe is one on the major reasons why Rachel and I bought an apartment in the building. We, our children, and grandchildren all enjoy eating in the restaurant. We strongly support renewing the Restaurant lease so Sharon and Jose can continue their great job.
I think have a restaurant in our building is an asset. It’s so convenient, we use the restaurant all the time.
Best food on the beach! Great churrasco, Arroz con Mariscos.

Sharon and her team are amazing! She has continuously provided excellent food at reasonable prices. Breakfast, lunch or dinner there is a large food selection to please all tastes. Terminating her contract would be HUGE mistake!!
