Reaching this point has been exhausting but seeing this level of momentum proves that this is a fight worth having. I am still tired, yet this response reaffirms why I started this process in the first place.

This landscaping adds beauty to the neighborhood and matches the Founder's and Community Gardens which are a huge selling point here.

The landscaping is an aesthetic improvement to the neighborhood and consistent with the farmhouse feel of our development.

HOA management should be to enforce people taking care of the property, not punishing those who obviously take high levels of care to make their property aesthetically beautiful.

The landscaping at 120 Wind Flower Lane is representative of our communities look and standard. It matches many parts of the community including the houses, gardens and landscaping used in the model homes. In addition, the work is well done and looks very appealing. There is absolutely no reason for the residents to be asked to remove or alter their landscaping. It is at the request of the residence in Orchard Ridge that they are allowed to keep it as is.

We have galvanized planters and home fronts all over this neighborhood, this is nitpicking. His yard looks fantastic, so many people are not making any effort, I feel like that should be more of a focus.

The landscaping recently done only adds value to not only the home, but the entire block and neighborhood! There is no reason, in my opinion, that this should be taken down.
These are my next door neighbors and have gotten nothing but compliments. When our home was appraised at 116 wind flower ln, even the appraiser commented how appealing their landscaping was.
