Attention Forest Hammock Homeowners,



An opportunity of change is upon us! Many homeowners as well as myself have expressed the desire to both beautify our homes and increase it’s value with paver driveways and walkways. Although a few homes in the community currently have paver driveways and walkways the current language of the architectural guidelines prevent new installations. After much discussion with the board of directors and arc committee it has been decided that the best way to change this language is via vote.



The process is as follows:

Collect the signatures of 20% or approximately 139 homeowners in the Forest Hammock Community. In an effort to make this process quick and simple an online petition has been created to collect the signatures. To add your signature in favor of the changes click the link below.






What happens after the signatures have been collected?



Once 20% of votes have been collected the issue can then be brought to the board of directors and voted on via ballot. This will allow the entire community to vote on these changes.



The ballot to vote on these changes will be sent out within 30 days of receipt of the signatures. The best way to implement this change is to complete it as a community. Thanks for your participation.
