The outpouring of support from neighbors for the Glen Echo project is undeniable. Please email the HOA Board members today to demand they respect this collective request for approval. Keep the pressure on until they meet with us.

I understand the reason for guidelines and am not suggesting we make a blanket change, but in this instance, the brown gutters blend beautifully with the porch and an exception should definitely be made.
This screened in porch is stunning and adds to the value of her home and our community.

This addition is stunning! It’s a decorator dream and gorgeous addition to the neighborhood.
Your porch is beautiful as is. Painting the gutters white would devalue your investment for sure.

We live right next door and we think it is beautiful and adds to the beauty of our neighborhood and does not need to be changed at all.
