This letter is to announce our support of the minor variances requested from our neighbours at 208 Glebemount Ave.
We don’t foresee the requested changes as an impediment to our enjoyment of the neighbourhood and we support their construction of an addition and converting the existing one-storey garage into a one-storey garden suite for affordable housing in our community.
