I am still honestly stunned by how many people feel the same way about Ames as my family does. I have been spending my evenings reading through your stories and I truly did not realize how deep this feeling went across our entire community.

Ames is the heart of this district. Leave it alone!!!!
Too many bad decisions coming from the board lately. Just stop.
This makes zero sense financially. Littleton is gonna lose so many families if they pull this stunt. We will definitely be looking at private schools if this happens.
We moved to this neighborhood specifically for this school. If it closes we are out of here.
The board needs to look at the real numbers. Closing this school will just send everyone to the neighboring district. Bad for the budget and bad for the community.

My kids have had such a great experience at Ames. Please dont close it. The atmosphere there is so special and you just cant replicate that at the other schools.
