This petition is stating that one is in agreement: That each American which owns private property within the Unites States of American should have the right to display the American Flag as per the U.S. Flag Code. This should be considered lawful under our rights per the First Amendment of our Constitution of the United States of America. By the signing of this petition we ask our government leaders to support this right and to make a law banning all developers, homeowner associations, property owner associations to be banned in creating such restrictions to property owners within thses covenants. By the signing of this petition, we are also requesting that this law be applied and retroacted that had prevented any citizen the right to display the American Flag and that any fess, fines or assets that had been collected from any person for doing such be refunded.
