I was notified by the Courtlands At Cascades HOA and TWC Management Assoc. (Mr. Dees) that I may not fly my American Flag on my deck. This is in direct violation of the 2005 Federal Freedom to Fly the American Flag Act. If I do not remove my flag by July 11th, My landlord and I face a $900 penalty, For which I have offered to pay. My landlord is supportive. Mr. Dees of TWC has said flying the "flag is not supported by the HOA."
