We are petitioning the Board to change the current policy on the permitted location of trash and recycling cans for residents.
Many residents currently have their trash and recycling cans located on the side of their homes which under current policy is not permitted. The HOA has not enforced this policy until a recent letter was mailed to all residents stating that on March 15, 2016 this policy would be enforced and residents not in compliance may face fines.
We, the undersigned, would like to request the Board change the current policy and allow residents to keep their trash and recycling on the side of their homes. We, the residents, request the board to determine the appropriate guidelines to allow the trash and recycling cans to be permitted on the side of the homes. Examples may include but are not limited to : a small fence, screen or shrubs which would be the homeowner’s responsibility to provide at the homeowner’s expense.

Ridiculous that they are starting this now. Side yard is screened by bushes already so you cant even see them from the street.
1624 Alston Ridge Drive. We have nowhere else to put ours without it being right in front of the garage which looks terrible.

Stop the fines. We pay enough in dues already.
