Every year since the contract with Alliance began, residents in the Llais Tawe estate on New Cut Road SA1 were issued new parking paper permits annually. Alliance decided to stop reissuing these every year (the last ones were issued Jan 2024) and are refusing to replace them, unless we pay. The paper permits, which prevent residents and approved visitors from being fined, are heavily used and get torn, damaged or lost. Annual permits stop residents who move on from the estate from continuing to park there, which will become a bigger problem over time. We - the residents of Llais Tawe - calling on Alliance to reissue annual permits from 2026 onwards.

My paper permit is basically confetti now because it keeps getting stuck in the door. How am i meant to show that to the warden? sort it out.
2 Rothwell Road - I believe new permits should be issued, as the permits have an expiration date for a reason: Permits are often disguarded my car was along with meaningful people who think it’s expired.

Ridiculous to charge us. Been here 5 years and never had to pay for a piece of paper before. Stop trying to squeeze money out of us for parking where we live.
