The alleyway behind 40 Wellington Street North is in need for repairs which is own by the City of Hamilton.
The City of Hamilton says they will fill it with rocks.

If you look at the alleyway north of King William Street, the alleyway looks like it has been repaved and in very good condition.

Reaching this point has been exhausting but seeing this level of support makes the long hours worth it. I am tired of the runaround from the city and your backing confirms that I am not the only one who sees this neglect.

I use that alley to get to the back door of my job. I’ve twisted my ankle once already and would prefer the work be done properly
This is very unsafe when we walk there at night. Rocks will not stop people from hurting themselves while walking this needs to be taken care of properly and not a "quick fix"
Really not very safe for staff walking or drivers racing into the parking lot.
This alleyway is extremely unsafe, I have twisted my ankle in one of the many deep potholes.
I agree this alleyway is dangerous and needs repair.
Horrible trying to drive down this alleyway!!
Some drivers speed through alleyway and stones would be a safety hazzard.

Multiples business use this as well as a business that helps woman who are pregnant.
