Our alley needs to be resurfaced! Please sign the petition below in support of resurfacing the alley running between the Metro Condominium development and Pooch Hotel perpendicular to Madison Street and Monroe Street. This particular alley experiences heavy incoming and outbound traffic from Monroe Place Condominiums, Monroe Place Townhomes, Madison Street Townhomes, Pooch Hotel and Mrazek Livery Service, located between 1200-1245 West Madision and Monroe Streets. The alley currently poses several hazards to residents and businesses due to its existing condition. This includes but is not limited too: huge pot holes, broken concrete, exposed re-bar, and loose cobblestones. Your signature is proof that you are an owner or occupant of one of the aforementioned residences or businesses and are in support of this cause. All signatures collected will be presented to Chicago's 27th Ward Alderman, Walter Burnett Jr.
