Dear neighbor,
Our alley is in rough shape. Today, the city workers came and scraped the centerline with a machine and effectively converted much of the alley to dirt. They also put some asphalt in the larger potholes.
The city is considering converting our shared alleyway to gravel. This might be a good solution for the long-term, since the asphalt has fallen in disrepair (and the patched potholes weren't doing much). Many of the gravel alleys in our neighborhood are in significantly better shape.
To move forward with laying down gravel, they want to hear from each neighbor on our block. Please sign the petition if you support the city moving forward with grading and converting the alley to a gravel surface.

The potholes are killing my tires every single day. gravel would be a huge upgrade compared to this mess.
