Put the bins back where they were please. Lock the gates- stop criminals going into the alleyways!
This change is bad for all in the area Is making the area unsafe .The bins need to go back to their original place
This needs sorting out!

Defiantly a bad decision to put the bins behind the gates .. Ally gates not always locked …. Because of this ...the area feels unsafe due to shady characters gaining access through the ally gates… WARNING TO CITY COUNCIL ! Students are now venerable to muggings and house robbery 's …CHANGE BINS BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL PLACE
