This petition is to create a new law where men/women who have been wrongfully accused of any allegation go to trial. And only found guilty if there is horrendous evidence against them. Also to state that if there is any witnesses for the accused, they should be spoken to as soon as possible. No plea bargains but only a fair trial to the person who is accused of the action. Innocent walk free, the adjudged guilty get convicted. My dad is the innocent. And he's been convicted. RAILROADED.
