We hereby request a meeting with the Developer [ WEE HUR (KAKI BUKIT) PTE LTD to discuss and resolve the teething problems faced by us as soon as possible.
Apart from exorbitant parking issues, there are also major management and maintenance issues that require immediate attention and action.
Until all issues are properly address in the meeting and mutually agreed upon, the EPS should not be implemented.

Seeing this level of support confirms that my frustration is shared by so many of you. The weight of this movement is growing but the developer still refuses to acknowledge the problems we face daily. I am exhausted by the silence yet I will keep pushing until they agree to meet us.

Apart from EPS issues, we want to highlight the safety aspect of ramp, the lack of bin provision, no waste collection, water ponding/water drainage issues
#01-02 Everdawn Auto Service. Every month have to pay $1500 per month for car park. How can I survice like this?no customers come in, no income, how to pay my monthly instalments??
#03-17 - we have Malaysian worker whom ride motorcyle to work everyday and previous space was not charged and now we have to pay for the motorcycle lot which there is not lot catered for motorcyle. this eventually increased our running cost to operate at Premier. Can van be the priorty for free parking as well?
Hi I always come to the workshop and previously there was no eps gantry. I am not against the setting up of the eps gantry but at times i just came and at times my mechanic was able to settle my issues with my car quite fast n by the time i left,a charge of $1.20 already being imposed. Maybe the management should look at this matter with care. Thanks
#01-45/#02-11 - Collection of carpark fees are deterring customers to come into our building to purchase. Hence, it is affecting us as retailers. Pls kindly look into this issue seriously with thanks.

Since the building house the car repair workshops and car rental companies, Those cars sent there for repair or car waiting for rental should be view as goods. these cars should be exempted from the parking fees.
