With all the design flaws, this greedy developer is now avoiding responsibility. Already making us uncompetitive with their restrictions on 40-footers, now trying to make things worse. “Sooner or later in life, we will all take our own turn being in the position we once had someone else in.”

lt was rather too expensive . the management should bench mark others on how much to charge. At least they should survey 25 to 30 parking facilities near by to come out an average parking fees that is reasonable and acceptable.
