We, the B2 Industrial Unit Owners and Tenants of Premier @ Kaki Bukit, ARE ALL STRONGLY AGAINST THE COMMENCEMENT of the Electronic Parking System (EPS) until issues have been discussed and accepted by the majority occupants of this new premises.
We hereby request a meeting with the Developer [ WEE HUR (KAKI BUKIT) PTE LTD to discuss and resolve the teething problems faced by us as soon as possible.
Apart from exorbitant parking issues, there are also major management and maintenance issues that require immediate attention and action.
Until all issues are properly address in the meeting and mutually agreed upon, the EPS should not be implemented.
