Why is this even being debated? It is a great idea for the city.
Greensboro needs this! Tired of driving to other cities just to see a decent show or concert. Build it already.
YES PLEASE. Downtown could really use a boost like this. lets get it done!
long overdue. bring some life back to the downtown area.
My kids would love having a place like this nearby. arts and music are so important for our community.

This would be so good for local businesses. think of all the people coming downtown for dinner before a performance.
