Jeffrey Salmon executed a loving dog called Max right in front of his owner and many people. The officer needs to take responsibility for his actions. He should be fired from his job but at least charged with animal abuse! He has a prior lawsuit against him for excessive force, denial of medical treatment and malicious prosecution. Obviously, this so called cop is in the wrong profession. Jeffrey needs to be fired!!!!
